We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Most disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, and class actions are not permitted. Certain disputes, such as intellectual property claims or requests for injunctive relief, may be brought in court.
